Sierra Leonean international Sheka Fofanah is currently in Denmark negotiating with an unknown club.

Sierra Leone Football.com understands that the 18-year old striker flew into Denmark almost a week ago from Sweden where he was on trials with the Swedish Champions IFK Norrkoping.

He played a friendly match with Norrkoping but sustained a groin injury that dented his chances of succeeding in his trials.

But he has recovered from the injury according to a reliable source.

The former Freetown City FC striker has so far made four appearances for Leone Stars
and has netted two goals including his overhead kick against Sudan last month.

Meanwhile four other Sierra Leonean players who were on trials with different clubs in Denmark are due to return to Freetown on Thursday night.

They are Christian Moses, Quamie Quee, Yeami Dunya and Mohamed Kamara.

It’s not yet clear as to whether or not the quartet were successful in their trials.
