Mali Ladies celebrate getting to the final
Led by their serial scorers Agueissa Diarra and Zeinabou Sidibé, the Malians thrashed Cape Verde 4-0 with a double for each.
Phenomenal! Mali will play the final of the 1st edition of the UFOA-A Ladies’ cup without conceding a single goal.
Opposed to Cape Verde this afternoon in the semi-final, the Ladies Eagles won (4-0) without trembling against the Cape Verdeans.
The tournament’s top scorer, Ageuissa Diarra, was talked about again this afternoon by slamming a double for her team.
The other two goals are the work of Zeinabou Sidibé. Decisive in the three previous outings from Mali, the Eagles striker is also among the top scorers in the competition with 5 goals.
The Ladies Eagles will compete in the final this Saturday against Senegal, 2-1 winners against Liberia.
