Sierra Leone premier league leading goal scorer Musa Noah Kamara known as Musa Tombo netted the winner Bo Rangers in their 2-1 home win over Bai Bureh Warriors of Port Loko on Saturday.

Bo Rangers took an early lead in the 7th minute through Amadu Mansaray before Momoh Sankoh equalised for the visitors ten minutes later.

Musa ‘Tombo’ got the winner in the 74th minute to increase his goal tally to 10 goals.

Bo Rangers have now increased their lead at the top with 38 points, four points ahead of second place East End Lions who have a game in hand.

Bai Bureh Warriors are in the relegation zone as they’re second from bottom  in the log with 16 points.

In Saturday’s other matches, Mighty Blackpool surprisingly defeated Central Parade 3-0 at the Siaka Stevens stadium, while Osman Barrie scored a brace to give Anti-Drugs Strikers a 2-0 win over Old Edwardians at the Police field in Kingtom.

Ron Gandi Williams, Donald Wellington and Eward Momoh got the goals for Blackpool in the 10th, 55th and 87th minutes respectively.

Blackpool have moved to 11th position in the league table with 22 points, while Central Parade remain in 4th place with 31 points.

Anti-Drugs now have 18 points and are now equalled in points with Old Edwardians but are ahead in 16th place on goal difference.

Three matches are slated for Sunday in the premier league. Wusum Stars host Diamond Stars of Kono in Makeni at 4:15pm

East End Tigers entertain SLIFA at the Police field at 4:15pm while East End Lions play host to Police at the Siaka Stevens stadium at 7pm.
